Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our team in Dhaka. This is a cross-functional role where you will collaborate with different teams within NLSM and other stakeholders, maintain and build new relationships with potential clients and partners. This is a hybrid work opportunity (but must be located in Dhaka) where you can work from anywhere, but it is mandatory to attend training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle stakeholder and partnership communications 
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks 
  • Attend academy training sessions at least 3 days a week 
  • Collaborate with various teams, including marketing and design, talent Acquisition, technology, and ensure alignment and synergy in workflow 
  • Oversee social media handles and other communication platforms (email, local phone, etc.)
  • Handle accounts, create invoices and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements 
  • Communicate with internal team and serve as the main point of contact for coaches, athletes, parents, and partners
  • Report to the founders directly and collaborate ideas for NLSM`s future expansions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Marketing/ accounting/ Management is a plus)
  • 2 years of experience in a managerial or project management role
  • Proactive personality with a growth mindset, exemplary leadership, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (english & bangla)
  • Ability to generate, evaluate, present, and implement business growth plans and strategic partnerships effectively 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Wave, Asana, and TeamSnap is a plus
  • Passion for sports & youth football development in Bangladesh
