NEXT LEVEL SPORTS MANAGEMENT (NLSM) is a sports consulting agency that helps aspiring athletes connect with collegiate and professional teams.
NL ACADEMY, under NLSM, provides high-quality structured training, conditioning and a complete student-athlete experience to young players looking to play beyond high school. The academy trains athletes strategically in order to prepare them for life beyond sport.

Our Team
Rahbar Khan, Co-Founder
Former Bangladesh National Team and Sheikh Jamal DC player, currently acts as the co-founder and head of operations. He previously served as the captain of Siena Heights University football team and played League 1 Ontario for North Toronto Nitros.
Shayer Khan, Co-Founder
Shayer is a former student-athlete at University of Charleston, 2019 NCAA DII National Champions. Shayer played 3 years for the Golden Eagles and co-founded NLSM in 2020 and currently serves as the head of recruitment.
Amit Hassan, Technical Director
Amit Hassan is known for his expertise and experience on and off the field. Amit's dedication and love for the sport led him to earn an AFC C coaching certification, which has been instrumental in advancing his career. Amit's coaching philosophy is built on the idea of empowering his players to reach their full potential, both on and off the field.
Shaikat Haque, Head Of IT
Shaikat is a software engineer with 5 years experience working in top technology companies such as IBM. He obtained his B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Saint Peter's University, New Jersey, USA. He has been a football lover since childhood and founded the soccer club in his University. He is driven by his passion for football and technology to help empower Bangladeshi youth in the sport.
Monjurul Haque, Account Manager
Monjurul is a talented and proactive business undergrad with a passion for acquiring new skills. He joined NLSM as an account manager but with an ardent attitude to learn more, Monjurul has had a significant impact on other departments of NLSM. He has become an integral part of the NL Team since.
Raiyan Rafiq, Recruitment Specialist
Raiyan is currently based in London, England as a legal trainee with experience in education consultancy. She played at a semi-professional level in Bangladesh before starting as a freelance photographer. To date, Raiyan covered the Women’s Super League and various English clubs including Arsenal FC, Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspurs. She has also worked with brands such as Nike, This Fan Girl, Football Beyond Borders and covered the Women’s Euros 2022.
Our Coaches
Rakibul Islam, AFC C License
Coach Rakibul has completed Grassroots and C license from AFC. He is a BFF-certified coach and an accomplished player himself. Coach Rakibul has been with NLSM since Day-1 and has been conducting effective training sessions since the first day.
Uzzal Khan, AFC C License
Coach Uzzal also has Grassroots and C-license from AFC under his belt and is always looking to expand his skillset through coaching trainings from credible institutions. He has coached a number of teams in domestic and international tournaments. Coach Uzzal and Rakibul have been coaching partners at NL Academy since our inception.
