About NLSM
Next Level Sports Management is a sports academy and agency that trains and develops players who will eventually go on to play at a collegiate or professional level. The academy has 2 locations – Uttara & Bashundhara – with a team working from Bangladesh, UAE & Canada.  

Job Description
We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic “Operations Manager” to join our team in Dhaka. This is a cross-functional role where you will collaborate with different teams within NLSM and act as the main point of contact. An ideal candidate would be someone who possesses a high level of communication and organisational skills with an eye for details. 

It is a hybrid work opportunity (must be located in Dhaka). It is mandatory to attend 4 training sessions a week. We train in Bashundhara & Uttara.


Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the internal team and serve as the main point of contact for coaches, athletes, parents, and partners
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, such as responding to social media queries, answering phone calls, parent queries, handling communication on all platforms (including emails)
  • Attend academy training sessions 4 days a week, 2 in Bashundhara & 2 in Uttara
  • Scheduling training sessions and game days in our app
  • Assist marketing team with planning and scheduling social media posts
  • Reminding and collecting monthly subscriptions of clients
  • Tracking all payments received Manage financial statements, sending invoices, and creating income statements
  • On-boarding newly registered athletes 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Marketing/ accounting/ Management is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, call centre or sales role
  • Friendly personality with a growth mindset, exemplary leadership, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Bangla)
  • Ability to generate, evaluate, present, and implement business growth plans and strategic partnerships effectively 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Wave, Asana, and TeamSnap is a plus
  • Passion for sports & youth football development in Bangladesh

Salary Range – 15,000 BDT – 25,000 BDT
